Meeting Planning - Build & strengthen client relationships

The Client’s Initial Need: EVRAZ North America was looking for an intimate setting that could help build relationships with top clients from around the world and showcase what distinguishes EVRAZ North America as one the leading global steel manufacturers.

The MYB Experience: From accommodations at the luxury Trump International Hotel to a private dinner at the hotel’s famed restaurant, 16, to an elite-level experience at Wrigley Field, MYB handled all of the contracts, sourcing and travel to ensure each client felt like a VIP. Throughout the experience, the EVRAZ North America brand stood front and center for the elite audience.

The Last-Minute Challenge: While business was obviously at the top of the company’s mind, the customers were focused elsewhere: hockey. The Chicago Blackhawks were in the Stanley Cup Finals during the event. MYB was able to navigate the contractual landscape to cancel a planned sailing excursion on Lake Michigan and take everyone to the game.
