John has been working with associations his entire 30-year career. He joined MYB as a partner in 1999 after a successful hotel career. As a senior member of the MYB strategy team, he is part of the collective NEW THINK brain trust that has been a catalyst for unique insights and compelling recommendations for many different organizations. John is a sought-after consultant and speaker, and has been recognized with several industry awards. He serves on numerous industry advisory boards, and in 2009 was elected Board Chairman of Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). He has also served as a trustee on the PCMA Foundation, and is active in several other industry organizations including ASAE, Association Forum, and DMAI.
