Making Sense of Millennials
Born between 1980 and 2000, the roughly 70 million members of the Millennial Generation are starting to make their mark across every industry. Not only are they far more numerous than Generation X (born between 1965 and 1980, and representing just 16 percent of the current workforce), the Millennials (who will make up 46 percent of the workforce
in 2020) have the distinction of being the first generation to grow up with that gusher of information and communication known as the Internet—in fact, about two-thirds of Millennials never knew life beyond elementary school without it.

MYB brings NEW THINK to another association
MYB was fortunate this past year to work with the leadership of the American Anthropological Association and help them evolve with an evidence-based comprehensive communication strategy.
As reported by Ed Liebow, Executive Director, AAA, "At our spring 2014 board meeting, the Minding Your Business team held the mirror up to us, helping association leadership see itself as our members and others see it. The team presented its recommendations, then incorporated responses to board and staff comments into a final report that was delivered at the end of June. The report outlines a clear set of objectives for updating our communication, outreach and engagement activities, and a strategy for meeting these objectives. I am quite pleased with the work that MYB did."
